All services are based on the client’s authentic documents and real purpose. We do not provide fake documents, fictitious business setups, nominee arrangements, or any unlawful support.
2. Intermediary Role Only
The Company acts solely as a neutral facilitator between clients and Thai authorities. We do not participate in business operations, bank account usage, or visa-related activities beyond document assistance.
3. Client Responsibility for Information
All submitted documents (passports, financial records, business information) are provided by the client. The client bears full responsibility for the truthfulness and legality of all materials submitted.

4. No Guarantee on Outcome
While we assist with paperwork and coordination, we do not guarantee the success of visa approvals or bank account openings. Final decisions rest with Thai immigration or financial institutions.
5. No Liability Assumed
The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequence arising from client behavior, policy changes, misinformation, or misuse of services.
6. No Use for Unlawful Purposes
Clients shall not use registered companies, addresses, or accounts for illegal activities (e.g., money laundering, fraud, nominee schemes). We reserve the right to terminate services and seek legal recourse if affected.
7. Final Interpretation
The Company reserves the right to amend or interpret this disclaimer within the bounds of applicable Thai law.
